23/FA Research Methods I (PSY-701A-23FA1) PhD section
This is the first course of a four course sequence in research design and methodology which includes RSS02, RSS27, and PSY-701B or PSY-701C. This course provides an overview of research epistemology and ethics and the assumptions that underlie scientific inquiry. Students are expected to be able to evaluate the concepts, methods and results of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methodologies and designs, and the principles underlying their implementation.
