This seminar is taken during a student’s first term of dissertation and offers students the opportunity to embark on the process of developing their dissertation project in a supportive, collaborative environment. Students will develop their dissertation pre-proposal with the goal of passing the preproposal by the end of the semester. This course is taken pass/fail, with completion of the pre-proposal triggering a course pass.
