RSS02, Scholarly Writing, is designed to acquaint students with expectations of advanced writing (e.g., for graduate programs, and culminating in the dissertation). It contains advice on skill development for writing development -- and writing IS A developmental skill. Persons may be great at other forms of writing (e.g., technical, creative) but might need practice on writing for the professional practice for disciplinary training.
