This course deepens the student's ability to integrate theory with coaching competency, skill, and practice by focusing on the arc of coaching, domains of knowing, somatics, mindfulness, social chnage, and creating client awareness and agency; includes individual and group mentoring, peer-to-peer learning, practice clients, and a two-day virtual intensive to coach, observe, and be coached.
