In this course, students explore theories and models of leadership. Students conduct comparative analysis of person-centered, group-centered, and relationship-centered leadership, as well as transformation-focused and emerging leadership theories, and learn how to apply critical perspectives in their analysis. Students reflect on their personal leadership values and beliefs, how these align with established leadership theories, and develop a personal leadership philosophy.
